Clara "Clarie" Cooley Walden was the daughter of Robert Cooley and Mary Ann Fox. Though her gravestone gives her year of birth as 1862, she is believed to have been born about 1872. She married Renson Lafayette "Wren" Walden in 1888. Following their marriage, they lived in Meigs and Bradley Counties of Tennessee. They also lived in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Alabama, and Walker County, Georgia. Clara and Wren had six children. Clara died on 15 February 1926 in Rossville, Walker County, Georgia. She is buried in Newnan Springs Cemetery in Catoosa County, Georgia.(Teresa W. Wiese)
