Mr. Eddie Eugene Fowler, Sr. age 85 went to be with his Lord, on Sunday.

This began a long loving partnership that lasted 62 years, and created a large and loving family that has loved and honored him throughout his life. Eddie was a great lover of baseball and a huge fan of the Atlanta Braves, and missed very few of their games. For many years he was an active member of the Dalton Parks and Recreation Department and the Dawnville Recreation Department, where he coached little league baseball and later girls softball.
