Funeral services will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. for Mrs. Beecher Melugin, 51, who died Tuesday morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Charles Sitter, Hartshorne. The services will be held at the Evans funeral home. Rev. C. H. Crouch, pastor of the Baptist church at Hartshorne, will officiate. Burial will be in the cemetery there. Mrs. Melugin had been in ill health for many years. She only recently returned from Chloride, Ariz., where she had lived for six years. Survivors include her husband, of the home in Arizona; and seven children, Mrs. Lucille Avants, Chloride, Ariz.; Mrs. Steve Simmonski, Judy Melugin, Hortense Melugin, Barbara Melugin, and Mrs. Sitter, all of Hartshorne, and Sgt. Clarence Melugin, with the U. S. army in France.
