Mrs. Maggie Heckler, 80, died Sunday, April 5, 1964, in Florida after suffering two strokes. A resident of Panama City for the past several years, she formerly lived in West Baden and considered this community "home." Her husand, Albert (Dick) Wesley Heckler, died about six years ago.
Mrs. Heckler is survived by three sons, Lawrence Eleazer of Indianapolis, IN, Leo Pierce of Panama City, FL, and John Albert of Louisville, KY; two grandchildren, (Lawrence) Melvin Heckler, stationed with the U.S. Navy at Key West, FL, and Richard (Dick) Frank Heckler of Panama City, FL; and two great-grandchildren, Monty and Chiquita Heckler of French Lick, IN.
