If this Infant was really buried in East Cemetery, that cemetery no longer exists and those burials were apparently moved to Mt Hope Cemetery. However, a survey done in the 1980s (https://mcnygenealogy.com/cem/mh-intro.htm) did not find a marker for Infant Abbey in the section of Mt Hope that those burials were moved to...nor anywhere else at Mt Hope Cemetery.
