Funeral Services Will Be Held Monday Morning at 8:30
Peter Friedman, 77, well-known Roselle resident, died last evening at 5:30 o'clock at his home after an illness of one week.
The body will be taken from the Kircher-Dietrich funeral home to the Friedman home this evening.
Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 8:30 from Holy Angels church at Roselle, burial being at the parish cemetery.
Born at Luxemburg, Ia., Feb. 14, 1858, Mr. Friedman was a resident of Carroll county for 52 years. He was married to Margaret Ochsen Kehl at Roselle on Oct. 24, 1882. His wife preceded him in death three years ago.
Surviving are the following children: Frank of Halbur, Matt and William of Roselle, Louise, Mrs. Fred Spieker of Petersburg, Neb., John of Louisville, Ky., Minnie, Mrs. Clarence Fritz of Carroll, Mary, Mrs. Ben Salber of Petersburg, Neb., and Magdalene, now sister M. Petrine of Remsen. Four children preceded their parents in death.
The deceased was a member of Holy Angels church at Roselle, and was well fortified with the last rites of his church.
