CHARLESTON - Rosalyn C. Laster, 71, died Sept. 14, 2004, at her home.
Born July 18, 1933, in East Prairie, daughter of the late Charles Clarence and Helen Drury Aycock, she was a lifelong resident of Mississippi County. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in East Prairie.
Her husband, Joseph Harold Laster, preceded her in death in May 1987.
Survivors include: two sons, Lanny Laster of Charleston and Timothy Laster of Arnold; one sister, Charlene Aycock of Chicago; three half brothers, Bill Aycock and Larry Emerson of East Prairie and John Joe Aycock of Charleston; and two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at McMikle Funeral Home where services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Gerald Penn, pastor of the First Assembly of God Church of Charleston, will officiate.
Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery near Charleston.
