Funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the St. Peter Catholic Church in Carencro. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs John Hernandez of Carencro, his wife Marie Amy Hernandez; one son Russell John Hernandez; 2 daughters, Linda and Judy Hernandez all of Rayne and one sister, Mrs. Melvin Morrow of Rayne.
