Anne D. Garrett, 92, a registered midwife at the Union Printers Home, died March 6, 1997, at her home. Friends may call from 2 to 5 pm today at Nolan Funeral Home, 225 N. Weber St. The funeral will be at 1PM,Monday at Nolan Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Halloran officiating .Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery in Pueblo.
Mrs. Garrett was born April 11, 1904, in Paris, Ark, to August and Lindy (Forest) Wyndle, who are deceased. She was married in 1921 in Paris to Ben Blattler, who is also deceased. She is survived by a son, William Blattler of Colorado Springs; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her second husband, Eugene Garrett; two sons, Floyd Ben and Alva Leon; and a grandson, Walter B. Blattler.
