Isaac Bonney was a son of John Bonney & Hannah Gould.

He was married 1st on 24 May 1781 at Pembroke, Massachusetts to Abigail Robinson.

They had 3 sons:
. Asa Bonney (1783–1867)
. Thomas Bonney (1785–1843)
. John Robinson Bonney (1787–1833)

He married 2nd on 25 Aug 1788 at New Gloucester, Cumberland County, Maine by Isaac Parsons, Justice of the Peace, to Betsey Godson.

They had 7 children:
. Abigail Bonney (1789–1838)
. Zeviah Bonney (1791–1863)
. Olpha Bonney (1793)
. Hannah Bonney (1795–1810)
. Anna Bonney (1797-1885)
. Isaac Bonney (1799–1874)

Isaac was in the 12th Massachusetts Regiment in the Revolutionary War and also in the War of 1812.
