She is survived by her husband Shirley Barnes of Huntington Park; her daughter Darlene Southworth of Oxnard; her step-sons Shirley Barnes Jr., of Cudahy, Richard Barnes of Bountiful, Utah and Dr. John Barnes of West Covina; two grand-children; three stepgrande-children, and eight sisters.
