Decedent was born on a farm in Menard county and when six years of age removed with his parents to this city, where he took up a residence. For the past ten years he had followed the carpenter's trade and was known to have been an expert at his trade.
Decedent is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Juergens; eight sisters, Mrs. Anton Milusk, Mrs. William Ihlenfelt, Mrs. J. F. Wieskoff, Mrs. Harriett Kutscher, Nellie, Emma, Ethel and Frances Juergens, all of this city; five brothers, Louis, Ricke, Jurgens, Arthur and William Juergens, of this city.
