He was a Marine Corps veteran and was a member of Moose Lodge No. 153.
He leaves a son, Keith Sullins, a daughter, Tiara Sullins, both of Memphis; his father William B. Sullins of Como, MS; two sisters, Mrs. Carolyn Patrick and Mrs. Shirley Greenslade and two brothers, William W. Sullins and Tommy K. Sullins, both of Memphis.
