Known as Aunt Edie to our extended family. Edie was one of the four surviving children from the California pioneer family of Benjamin and Ellen Watrous.

Edie married Benjamin Woodhull, a stone carver who came from Canada to Stockton, in 28 January 1890. They had one child, Raymond, who died when he was 32.

Edie died just before her 85th birthday and lived to see many of her great grand nieces and nephews, the descendants of her brother, Fred, from whom the family's only living descendants originate.
