Two death certificates were filed for Cynthia Anne BROWN HENDERSON in Screven County (a month apart), each signed by the attending physician, Dr. J. C. CAILE, but signed by two different registrars:
• Mrs. Anne HENDERSON was born in Georgia, as were her parents, William M. BROWN & Amanda GRAY. She was a resident of Dover, Ga., where she died on the 11th of March, 1921, in the 35th District of Screven County, at the age of 79 years, her husband, Wm. HENDERSON, surviving her, with burial at Oak Grove. The informant for the earler death certificate was R. E. HOLLOWAY of Savannah, Ga.
• Cynthia Ann HENDERSON was born in Marion County on the 26th of January, 1842; her parents, Wm. M. BROWN & Amanda GRAY, were also born in Marion County. She was a housewife, who had resided at Dover, Ga. Rt. 1 for 59 years, where she died, in the 35th District of Screven County, on the 11th of April [sic], 1921, at the age of 79 years, 1 month and 15 days, survived by her husband, W. M. HENDERSON, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. The informant for this second death certificate was [her daughter] Mrs. Mary OVERSTREET of Dover, Ga. Rt. 1.
