Survived by: her husband, Jerry of the home; daughter, Annie Herndon; 2 granddaughters, Kitchell and Molly; 2 great-grandsons, Zach and Ben.

Service will be 2 p.m. Monday, November 24, 2008, at Moore's Southlawn Chapel.
