Mrs. Myrtle Arnett Dies Sunday
Mrs. Myrtle L. Arnett, age 64, died at 6:30 o'clock Sunday morning at her home in Merom. She was born in Sullivan County. She was a member of the Merom Methodist Church, the Royal Neighbors, and was a Past Noble Grand of the Rebekah Lodge.
She is survived by the husband, Charles; two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Stewart and Mrs. Ezelle Phaneuf, both of Augusta, Mich.; a brother, William Nash of Missouri, three sisters, Mrs. Emma Adams and Mrs. Clyda Moore, both of Hutsonville and Mrs. Grace Gray of Buchanan, Michigan; and four grandchildren. One son, Lawrence, preceded her in death.
The body was removed from the Billman Funeral Home to the residence Tuesday afternoon. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Merom Methodist Church with the Rev. C.E. Homberger officiating.

Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtle L. Arnett were conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Merom Methodist Church with the Rev. C.E. Homberger officiating. Song services were by Mrs. Anna Nichols and Helena Wesner with Cleo Henderson, pianist.
Honorary pallbearers were Chrissie Hale, Cora Daugherty, Lillis Johnson, Jessie Rinard, Meggie Jackson and Edith Vaughn.
Pallbearers were Roe Noll, Tomm Webb, Ora Shorter, Berl Berry, Leonard Renaker and Ed Smith.
Burial was in Union Chapel Cemetery.
