Mrs. Sallie Elizabeth Waggoner, 86, of 841 Sunset Drive, who died Wednesday, was a native of Blount County. She lived in Birmingham for 30 years and was a member of Faith Chapel Church, Huffman. Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Roebuck Chapel with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Oneonta. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. James Scroggins and Mrs. Margaret McDonald, both of Birmingham, and four stepsons, Joe Ford, Blount County, Lewis and Revis Ford, both of Tuscaloosa County, and Farrell Waggoner, Birmingham.
