JENKINS Mrs. Winnie Ophelia Jenkins of McDonough passed away August 9, 1998. She was a member of Oakland Baptist Church. Surviving are son, Mr. and Mrs. J.W. (Connie) Jenkins, McDonough; grandson, Barry and Monica Jenkins, McDonough; granddaughter, Kim Jenkins, Columbus, GA; great-grandchildren, Buddy, Andrew and Heather Jenkins, sisters, Ludie Jenkins, Oxford; Martha Burney, Mableton; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 Wednesday morning from Oakland Baptist Church. Rev. Jimmy Baughcum, officiating. Remains will be placed in state at 10:30 a.m. Interment, Bethany Baptist Church yard. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Oakland Baptist Church Building Fund or Portsbridge Hospice.
