"Mrs. Adaline Pennell, 83, widow of William Pennell, died Tuesday forenoon at the home of Paul Evans in Niles of infirmities incident to advanced years. Deceased was born in Austintown, a daughter of Jacob and Lena Maurer. She and her husband long resided at Sample before coming to Canfield several years ago. Deceased was a member of the Canfield Presbyterian church. Surviving are a number of nieces and nephews, among them, Mrs. C. H. Hine, Mrs. G. D. Kimmel and W. C. Wilson of Canfield. Funeral services in charge of Rev. L. P. McCulloch were held from Williams funeral home Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with burial in the village cemetery."
