Mary Frances was the daughter of Jeremiah (Darb) and Ellen (Doyle) Sullivan of County Cork Ireland. She came to America when she was 16 years old. She first worked as a servant in Boston, which enabled her to help pay for the passage of many of her siblings. They relocated to Butte, Silver Bow, Montana before 1910 where she met and married Michael Sheehan who was also from County Cork. They had three children. Her son John Edward shares her grave. She ran small boarding houses and Micheal worked as a miner and owned a speakeasy. She was loved by all. Her oldest sister Margaret is buried nearby as well as her two daughters, two son-in-laws, a sister-in-law and her son, and a nephew.
