Mrs. Fleshman
Dies At Age 77

Mrs. Margaret Fleshman, 77, housewife of Rt. 2, La Grande, died Sunday in Eugene after an extended period of illness.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Daniels Funeral Home, with Rev. Clarence Plopper officiating. Burial follows in Island City cemetery.

Born in Wallowa, Mrs. Fleshman had lived in La Grande for years. She was a member of the First Christian Church.

Survivors are three sons, Kenneth Fleshman, Whittier, Calif., Dwight Fleshman, Eugene, and George Fleshman, La Grande; four daughters, Mrs. Bethel Courtney, Lewiston, Ida., Mrs. Blanche Rohland, Citrus Heights, Calif., Mrs. Marjorie Rogers, Pendleton, and Mrs. Mildred Holly, Springfield: a brother, George Willett, Shed, Ore.: a sister, Mrs. Mabel Thompson, Wallowa; and 24 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
