Funeral services for Mrs. Carl I. Taylor, 29, who died Thursday at her home, were conducted Friday afternoon by Rev. Claud Baugher. Interment was in the Athens City Cemetery. Curtis Campbell of Spry directing.
She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Jean Taylor of Athens; one brother, Ollie Barber of Athens; two sisters, Mrs. Silas Thompson and Mrs. John Anderson of Athens; six nieces and three nephews, and a number of other relatives.
Pallbearers were A. W. Stewart, Ernest Varnell, J. P. Lipham, Herman Andrews, Clarence White and Bennie Glaze.
She had been a member of the Baptist church for several years.
