Marcus "Mark" Franklin Falls, 96, of Rt. 1 Arthur City died Saturday, March 25, 2000 at McCuistion Regional Health Center.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday under the pavilion at the Forest Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Yarbrough officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Falls was born July 27, 1903 in Chicota to Samuel Forest and Alice Jenkins Falls. He was a member of the Forest Chapel United Methodist Church, a member of the Masonic Lodge and a church mechanic. He married Nina Frances Martin on Nov. 12, 1924 in Forest Chapel.

He is survivied by his wife; two sons, Jack Falls and wife Mignyon of Chicota, and Keith Falls of Emberson; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers will be David Falls, Jason Falls, Sam Falls, Randy Dollins, Buddy Williams, Mike Sale, Art Hohenberger, Bill Metcalf and Stanley Stewart.
