Retired Tobacco Man Will Be Buried Today - Services for Charles Taylor Carraway, 1741 Lawrence, who died at 11 yesterday morning at St. Joseph Hospital, will be held at 2 this afternoon at National Funeral Home. Dr. W.J. Milliard will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park. Mr. Carraway had been in poor health several years. He was 84. Born in Louisiana, Mr. Carraway moved to Memphis more than 50 years ago. For many years, he was in the tobacco business here, retiring 15 years ago. He was a member of the Evergreen Presbyterian Church. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Vivia Nell Hartman of Memphis, and a sister, Mrs. J.B. Bryant of Jackson, Miss.
