Verna L. Anderson of Main Street, widow of William Anderson, died Saturday at her home. She was 86. She was a member of the Rochester Reformed Church and the Shawangunk Child Study Club. Her husband died in 1969. She was born Oct. 9, 1907, in Whitfield, the daughter of Jerome and Ida DePuy Enderly. Mrs. Anderson is survived by a son, of Accord; a daughter, Sonya Solcberg of Accord, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A graveside memorial service will be held later at Accord Rural Cemetery with the Rev. Susan Huizenga officiating. Arrangements are by H.B. Humiston Funeral Home, Kerhonkson.
