Abilenetx.com says Otis is a one year old caucasian boy that died Aug 10, 1969. I believe that is wrong though, as his death index on ancestry says that he was the son of Bobby Radford Adams and Gail Dean Blount, and that he was born on Aug 9, 1969 and died Aug. 10th, 1969 in Taylor Co. I'm saying that he was one DAY old, rather than one year. There is no stone marking his grave.
