Yakima Herald Republic 22 April 1979: Jesse K. Lane (Shaw & Sons Funeral Home) Goldendale: Jesse K. Lane 85, formerly of Yakima, died Friday night in Mt. Adams Health Care Center in Goldendale. He was born June 5, 1893 in Springfield, MO, and lived in Clinton, Okla. before moving to Yakima in 1919. He had lived in North Bend, Wash. two years before moving to Goldendale last October. He worked for the Perham Fruit Co. and retired from the Yakima County Road Department. He was a former member of the Yakima Deliverance Temple. He is survived by tw sons Addison V. Lane of Goldendale, and Luther V. Lane with the U.S. Army at Fort George Meade, Md.; one daughter, Mrs. Lillian Headley of Vancouver; two brothers, Walter Lane of Yakima, and Clarence Ed Lane of North Bend; 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Services will be at 11a.m. Tuesday in Shaw & Sons chapel. Burial will be in Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
