Interment is scheduled to follow at the Prague Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Allen, 93, passed away on Friday, Sept. 26, 2007.
She was born on Sept. 27, 1914 in Wuldrow, to Zachary Taylor and Sarah Ann (Watts) Cross.
She married William "Clyde" Allen in Welty on July 31, 1937.
The couple later moved to the Seminole area where Allen was a devout mother, housewife and Baptist.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Jackie Ray Allen, and sisters Thelma Allen, Verley Hamilton, Floy Davenport, and Grace Rice.
Survivors include four sons; William "Joe" Allen, Chesapeake, Va., "Jerry" Clyde Allen, Okmulgee, "Neal Allen Southern Jr., Lake Butler, Fla., Frankie "Joe" Allen, Seminole County; two daughters, Bonnie "Charlene" Welliver, of the home, and Donna "Jean Holland"; son in law, Jerry Holland, Earlsboro.
Allen's grandsons will serve as casket bearers.
