Mrs. Emma Hale McLean.
Mrs. Emma Hale McLEAN, of the Stuart-McLean & Hale millinery firm, died Friday at her home, 513 Fillmore Street.
She was bron in Richmond, Ind., and spent most of her life in Topeka.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and W.T.K. Literary Club.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Edna M. STUART and Miss Alberta HALE, associates in the business; one nephew, James M. HALE, of Portsmouth, Va.; one niece, Mrs. Merton FRENCH, of Edon College, North Carolina, and one cousin, Frank E. HALE, of Topeka.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Penwell's Funeral Home, with interment in Rochester Cemetery.
