He and Jennie were the parents of nine children: Mae, John, Bessie,Sandra, Luke, George, Mary, Nick & Tula. All but Sandra are buried in Price City Cemetery as is his brother Angelo.

PRICE- Gust John Pappas, 88, died of a long illness Feb 26 at a Price nursing home. Born April 15, 1883, Mavrolithari, Greece, to John and Efthemia Pappageorge. Married Ioanna Jouflas, Oct 31, 1911, in Greece, she died March 14, 1961.
Sheep rancher, 60 years, member of the Greek Orthodox Church, Gapa Lodge, Society of Athanasios Dlakos.
Survivors: sons and daughters, John G., Nick G., Luke G., all Price; Mrs. Nick (Mae) Bikakis, Dragerton, Carbon County; Mrs. Bessie Protopappas, Sacramento, Calif.; Mrs. L. P. (Sandra) Guy Jr., West Covina, Calif.; Mrs. Mary Lines, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Marcus (Tula) White, Las Vegas, Nev.; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Panagion Bisbikis, Chrissoula Jouflas, both Greece.
Funeral Wednesday, 2 p.m. Price Greek Orthodox Church. Prayer service Tuesday, 7:30 p.m., Fausett Mortuary, Price, where friends call Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before funeral.
