Hiram was the son of Joseph Beal (born Virginia) and Mary Harris (born Ohio). The informant on his death certificate is Wallace W. Beal of Warren, Ohio. Crystal has provided a similar entry in the Old Four Mile Run Cemetery. It should be noted that the various censuses taken by the county genealogy society do not provide that Hiram is buried in either cemetery. A check with the township should reveal in which cemetery he may be buried.
