Joe Olivier was born in Beaumont,Tx, to Howard and Rosalee Fehl Olivier. He served in the Navy during W.W.II. He later moved to Houston where he owned and operated Olivier Pattern Works. He is survived by his wife Velia Olivier, his children Michael Olivier and Kelly Olivier-Davis,his step-children, Kenneth Hammond and Rosie Wilson, 10+ grandchildren and great grandchildren and his brother Howard Olivier Jr.
