Michael Shawn Abbe, 34 of Lorena, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2005 near Waxahachie. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 18, 2005 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr., Waco. Burial will be at Waco Memoria Park.
Shawn was born on August 3, 1970 in Shreveport, LA. to D. J. Hill and Deryl Abbe. He married Sheri McKenzie on May 14, 1993 in Waco. He loved hunting and fishing, and was an avid NASCAR fan. He had a great sense of humor, and was a wonderful Dad to Amanda and Brandon. He will be missed by everyone.
He is survived by his wife, Sheri Abbe of Lorena; daughter, Amanda Abb; and son, Brandon Abbe of Lorena; mother, D. J. Loa of Waco; father, Deryl Abbe and wife Kay, of Crawford; brother, Deryl "Butch" Abbe, Jr. and wife, Trina, of Hewitt; sisters, Shannon Crist and husband William, of Richwood, Texas; Wanda Anderson and husband Mike of Speegleville and Lori Holmes and husband, Jimmy Don of Crawford; grandparents, Dorothy Abbe, Ruth Green, Albina Hill and Billy Davis; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins nieces and nephews.
