Funeral Services For Nina B Carter
Final rites for Nina Bell Carter, 89, of Salem Campground Community, were held on November 22, at 2 pm at George County Funeral Home Chapel.
She was a native of Kentucky, and a member of the Methodist faith. She died November 19 at the George County Hospital.
Survivors include one daughter, Maxine Adkins of Lucedale; two sons, Robert N Carter of Lucedale and Howard D Carter of Jacksonville, FL., and six grandchildren, Danny Adkins, David Adkins, Kim Anderson, Debbie Carter, Damon Carter and Jody Carter.
Also surviving is one sister, Nora Filer of Middlesboro, KY.
Officiating at the service was Rev D. Kenneth Hill.
Interment was in the Carter Cemetery with George County Funeral Service in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were David Adkins, Jody Carter, Danny Adkins, Damon Carter, Jimmy Breland and Ricky McLeod.
