I have not been able to locate a death record for Harlow. The attached death notice, published on 2 Nov 1954 in the St. Albans Messenger, would suggest that he died on 1 Nov.
However, I received a message from Susan Towle Jarvis (Member 49573623) on 23 May 2021. She says: "My sister [Kim] and I transcribed family records from Franklin, Vermont town clerk's office in the summer of 2000. Harlow's death certificate was located by Kim in vol 2, 1932-1962, of the town records. His certificate gave date of death as 2 Nov 1954." For this reason, I am changing his date of death to this date.
