"SHAW, MRS. MINNIE SUE MASON — age 64, widow of Clarence M. Shaw, of Rt. 3, Tellico Plains, passed away 9:03 a.m. Tuesday Feb. 7, 1984, at Sweetwater Hospital. Member of Ebenezer (Ball Play) Baptist Church. Survivors: sister, Mrs. Allen (Gladys) Jenkins, Tapoco, N.C.; several nieces and nephews. Funeral 2 p.m. Thursday, Biereley-Hale Chapel, Rev. William R. Childress, Rev. Beecher Miller officiating. Interment Center Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Tellico Plains."
