A chart from "Our Colonial Ancestors; the Ancestry of Mr. & Mrs. Louis Wm. Demmerich, by Louis E. de Forest, privately published, 1930(in author's possession) shows Naomi born 25 July 1719. This is repeated in "The Upton Memorial" by John A. Vinton, 1874. Naomi would have been 49 years old at the birth of the first child while John would have been about 24. Her birth date has been speculated here to have actually been about 1746 without any further substantiation. It is quite possible that her ancestry, as recorded, is in error.
