J. H. Tucker died at 1:40 o'clock this morning at his residence on 22d street, Palmetto Beach, aged sixty-three. Mr. Tucker had been ill for a long time and for the past five weeks had been confined to his bed with Bright's disease. The deceased was a native of Georgia but came to this state about forty years ago, and had lived at Palmetto Beach for twenty years, having been a dairyman, but for several years had not engaged in any active business. He is survived by ten children: Mrs. J. F. Brady, P. M. Tucker, James Tucker, Reggie Tucker, Victor Tucker, Mrs. Collins, Mrs. Bruce, Elma Tucker, Carrie Tucker and Florence Tucker. Two of the, boys, James and Reggie, have been in the service of The Times for more than ten years and have always been diligent, industrious and faithful workers.
