David Wayne Dowler, 37, Denver, formerly of Kansas City, died May 15, 1992, at a hospice in Denver. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Phillips Chapel, Eldon, Mo.; burial in Spring Garden Cemetery, Eugene, Mo. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel. The family suggests contributions to the organ fund of the Eldon United Methodist Church or to the Hospice of St. John's in Denver. Mr. Dowler was born in Warrensburg, Mo., and had lived in Eldon . He lived in this area for 10 years before he moved to Denver in 1989. He was a computer operator for a business office in Denver. He had been active in summer theater in Kansas City and was a past member of the Heartland Men's Chorus. He had attended Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg. Survivors include his parents, John and Lorraine Dowler of Eldon; two brothers, Michael Dowler, Marshfield, Mo., and Timothy Dowler, Dallas; and his maternal grandmother, Nancy Toepfer, Warrensburg.
