Son of Perry F. Robertson (William, James, James, John, and James Robertson) and Amanda Ellen Deckard.

His first marriage was to America Tabor. Daughter of General Jackson Tabor & Sarah A. Sullivan. They were Married February 27, 1909 in Nashville, Brown County, Indiana.

America Died giving birth to her first born child a daughter who also died the same day. Death certificate for both America and Daughter on file in Bartholomew County, Indiana. Bartholomew County has the death records on file with names mispelled as ROBISON.

In 1911 Jason bought 80 acres from Charles A. Waggoner Salt Creek Township, Jackson County, Indiana Sec 19, Township 7, Range 3.

Jason's second Marriage was to Myrtle Belle Waggoner on Sept 28, 1912 in Jackson County, Indiana. Myrtle Belle was the daughter of Adam and Melissa Taylor Waggoner,

He died in at Hospitality House Nursing Home in Bloomington, Indiana.

His Indiana Drivers License in 1952 listed his hair as Brown, Blue Eyes, 5'8" and 150 lbs. His date of birth is listed as June 29, 1887. June 28 is the date listed on his death Certificate.

His Military Registration dated June 5, 1917 listed him as living in Kurtz, Houston Precinct, Jackson County, Indiana.

JASON ROBERTSON
Jason Robertson, 89, of Bloomington, died today at the Hospitality House.
He was born June 28, 1887, in Jackson County, the son of Perry and Amanda [Deckard] Robertson. He was a retired farmer and was a member of the Pentecostal faith.
Surviving are five daughters, Edna Hunter of Bloomington, Goldie Blaney of Longview, Ill., Shirley Frye of Seymour and Herley Walls and Sherry Robertson, both of Bedford; five sons, Gilbert and Vernon, both of Jeffersonville, Doyle of Switz City, Harley of Bloomington and the Rev. Ervin of Eaton; three sisters, Minnie Hays and Ethie Moody, both of Bloomington, and Lola Terrell of Greenwood; and several grandchildren.
His wife, Myrtle Belle [Waggoner] , one son, Ralph, and three brothers preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Allen Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Orville Frame officiating. Burial will be at Knightridge Cemetery.
Friends may call at funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
