OXFORD - Mrs. EDNA Clingman RAMSEUR, age 91, a resident of Springmoor Retirement Center in Raleigh, died Sunday, April 1, 2001. A Winston-Salem native, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Vetra Brock Clingman.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2001, from Elmwood Cemetery by Dr. J. Steven Bolton.

Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. T.S. Royster Jr., of Oxford; one sister, Mrs. L.C. Bass, of Winter Park, Fla.; one grandson, Charles Royster, of Orange City, Fla.; one granddaughter, Mrs. Carl A. Barkley III, of Cary; and three great-grandchildren.
