He was married to Mrs Gladys Carpenter, December 24, 1928.
Surviving are his wife, Gladys; three children; Mildred, Lynn and Neal; two stepsons; Leon and Dale Carpenter; three brothers Joe Ingram of Gideon, MO, Sam Ingram of Blytheville, AR, two sisters Mrs. Ella Alexander of Blytheville, and Mrs. Bonnie DuPriest of North Little Rock, AR, Lepanto News
