W. H. Ingram, 56, well known farmer of West Ridge community, and farm boss for Chapman Dewey farm for more than 25 years died February 2, 1945 of a heart attack.

Burial followed in Garden Point Cemetery.

Members of the American Legion Post at West Ridge and Lepanto served as active pallbearers.

Honorary pallbearers were WR Payne, WH Harris, Edward Tettleton, Mr. Bearden, Sydney Smith and GE Davis.

Mr. Ingram was a WWI veteran, having served in the marines.

He was married to Mrs Gladys Carpenter, December 24, 1928.

Surviving are his wife, Gladys; three children; Mildred, Lynn and Neal; two stepsons; Leon and Dale Carpenter; three brothers Joe Ingram of Gideon, MO, Sam Ingram of Blytheville, AR, two sisters Mrs. Ella Alexander of Blytheville, and Mrs. Bonnie DuPriest of North Little Rock, AR, Lepanto News
