MRS. ELIZABETH F. H. MACHEN
Mrs. Elizabeth Farrer Haskins Machen, aged 65 years, died at her home at Mobjack, Va., Tuesday, July 23rd. She is survived by her husband, Capt. V. H. Machen; one son, Emmett L. H. Machen; three sisters, Mrs. L. J. Peoples, of Mecklenburg County; Mrs. Robert Tanner, of Palmer Springs and Mrs. R. A. Ricks, of Roanoke; two brothers, Messrs Walter M. and Emmett L. Haskins, of Palmer Springs.
Mrs. Machen was an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church, where the funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m., conducted by Rev. Geo. C. Shaw. Interment will be made in Trinity Cemetery.
