Mr. Georgianna L. Wyerman, 91, Blair Christian Home, Duncansville, formerly of Oak Avenue,Altoona, died Monday afternoon, May 25, 1998, at Bon Secours Holy Family Hospital, follwing a brief illness.
She was born Sept. 15, 1906, in Altoona, the daughter of the late George and Hannah (Gault)Barnes. She married Charles. L. Wyerman Oct. 5, 1924, in Altoona. He died May 27, 1975.
Mrs. Wyerman was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Hollidaysburg.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are a son, Charles W. of Altoona; a daughter; Shirley A. Shiffler of Ardmore; a sister, Alice Leidy of Hillview Health and Rehabilitation Center; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Virginia, in 1925.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today at Liebegott-Fisher Funeral Home, Duncansville.
Services held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Liebegott-Fisher Funeral Home Inc. Duncansville, by the Rev. Kathy D. Colebank. Interment an Carson Valley Cemetery. Interment in Carson Valley Cemetery.
