Mrs. Whitaker Was Born August 30, 1953 in Cookeville, Tennessee to the late Raymond and Dora Ruth Sullivan Fields.
Mrs. Whitaker passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at her home in Cookeville, Tennessee.
Mrs. Whitaker served in the United States Air Force where She became a disabled American Veteran.
She Was A Member Of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
