Victoria Elbadore O'Mary Miller was the daughter of William Chapman O'Mary (1838-1931) and Catherine Amanda Woolsey O'Mary (1834-1920)

Victoria married Crowley Kinsley (1860-unk) in Chariton County, Missouri on October 2, 1881.

Sometime after 1882 Crowley Kinsley died and left Victoria a widow with an infant son at age 17. In 1883, Victoria's parents adopted her son, Sylvester Kinsley, and he became known as Sylvester "Charlie" O'Mary.

In 1883 Victoria moved with her parents and Victoria's aunt, Azuba Woolsey (her mother's sister) to Hanna, Wyoming where they pioneered on a homestead claim. It was during this time she and her Aunt Azuba met two brothers, Shelton and George H. Allen. The couples were married in a double-ring ceremony on January 5, 1884.

Having lived in Wyoming for 17 years and bearing nine children to Shelton Allen, Victoria, disillusioned with the pioneer life, asked her son, James Henry, to go to his father and ask for a wagon and horses so that she and the children could leave Wyoming. Victoria and her children moved to Rogers, Arkansas where she lived intermittently for the next 45 years. One of the couple's daughters, Goldie Ethel, died in July of 1901 at the age of 3 months. Shelton, did not move to Arkansas with his wife and family and the couple divorced sometime after 1901. Shelton Allen died in San Francisco on September 26, 1930, having moved there from Oklahoma with his daughter Tina Allen Williams and her family.

Victoria next married Walter T. Miller (1862-1936) in Bentonville, Benton County, Arkansas on October 23, 1925 and they made their home in Benton County. Walter died on July 27, 1936.

In 1945, Victoria moved to Nunn, Colorado to live with her daughter, Sarah Kanode. Victoria died in a hospital in Greeley, Weld County, Colorado on July 26, 1948 and is buried in Mountian View Cemetery in Nunn, Colorado.
