COMANCHE – Jimmy Mac Windham, 18, of Rt. 3, Comanche, was killed instantly in a two-pickup head-on collision on State Highway 16 one mile north of Priddy Saturday night.
A spokesman for the Department of Public Safety in Lampasas said the accident occurred at 9:05 pm, when the pick-up Windham was driving and another driven by Rodney T. Two passengers in the Windham vehicle were injured. Mitzi Wilkey of Goldthwaite was listed in fair condition with abrasions Sunday at Childress Hospital in Goldthwaite.

Services for Windham will be at 3 pm Monday at Oplin Baptist Church with Bill Eason, minister of Oplin Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Tecumseh Cemetery directed by Fry Funeral Home of Tuscola.

Born Oct. 1, 1956, in Baird, he had lived in Oplin and attended school at Jim Ned. He moved with his family to Comanche in 1972.
