Don was born to Donald Floyd Sullivan and Gladys (Penn) Sullivan; joined the United States Army and served his country in the Korean War. After completing his service in the Army, Don finished High School and received his diploma.
He was married to Norma June Crawford in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, on June 29, 1951. He was of the Protestant Faith. Don was a handyman. He enjoyed working on things around the house. Don also loved playing cards with his friends and spending time with his family. He was the former Mayor of Sand Springs, serving in the middle 70's. Don and his wife also established the Armco Credit Union in Sand Springs. It is now the Sand Springs Credit Union. By trade, Don was an electrician in the commercial construction industry. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Don was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Gladys Sullivan; wife Norma June Sullivan; son Donald Ray Sullivan, Jr.; brothers Bob and Harold Sullivan.
