Lillian Mae Smith Vinson Burck

Lillian Vinson Bruck, age 84, of Russellville, died Friday, January 3, 2003 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center.

She was born May 1, 1918 at Russellville and was a daughter of the late John Thomas and Allie Skinner Smith. She was a member of East Point Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Odus Vinson and Pete Bruck; a son, Glenn Vinson; three brothers, Earl, Cecil and Loyd Smith; and three sisters, Beulah Vinson, Elsie Wright and Inez Nordin.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Wynona and Vernon Whorton of Russellville and Glenda and Lee Campbell of London; a daughter-in-law, Donna Priebe Vinson of Farmington, Arkansas; a step-daughter, Julia Bruck Sorrels of Houston, Texas; two sisters, Ruth Hogrefe of Russellville and Ruby Amonett of Lubbock, Texas; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral service will be 2 P. M., Monday, January 6, at East Point Baptist Church, with Rev. Don Mulford, Rev. Larry Pless, Rev. Gary Campbell and Chaplain Paul Northcutt officiating. Burial will be in East Point Cemetery by Shinn Funeral Service.

Pallbearers will be Brent and Brad Vinson, Gerry Whorton, Gary and Shawn Campbell and Robby Cavner.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 P. M., Sunday afternoon at the funeral home.
